Annette serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for West Pharmaceutical Services Inc.
In her role, she leads West’s Human Resources (HR) organization and elevates team performance through innovative HR programs. Annette also serves as the President of the Herman O. West Foundation, which supports West team members through scholarship and matching gift programs.
Prior to joining West in 2015, Annette spent more than 25 years at IBM where she last held the position of Vice President, Global Talent Management. Annette serves on the Chester County Economic Development Council and was named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Women of Distinction in 2018.
She holds an MS in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
