• Time: 5:45 PM – 9:30 PM (please note arrival starting at 5:45 PM)
• Location: The Switch House, 1325 Beach Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125
• Room: 2^nd Floor Ballroom Level
• Attire: Cocktail/Dressy
• Parking: Pull up to the building’s front doors (access on Beach Street) and use the COMPLIMENTARY Valet Service. There aren’t many street spaces available nor is there a self-park option.

Important Details:

• Registration: You will check-in with our event team at the top level once you enter the venue.
• Cocktail Reception: We will serve a variety of stations and passed selections along with an open bar from 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM.
• Dinner: We will then move into the main ballroom where each guest will find their assigned table (table numbers on your name tag) and dinner will be served. There will be an open bar.
• Awards Presentation: We will celebrate our nominees, honorees and award winners after all guests receive the main dinner course.
• Dessert Reception: There will be a wonderful selection of desserts after the presentation. Please stay and enjoy it even for 15 minutes. This will help allow for a smooth transition exiting the venue.
• 25^th Anniversary Favor: Before you get into your car, there will be a special take home treat for each guest. Don’t forget to grab one – you won’t be disappointed!
