Hailey Malito

My name is Hailey Malito and I am a rising senior from Frankfort, Illinois. I am currently entering my senior year at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia majoring in Human Resource and People Management, with a minor in Law and Ethics. I am an NCAA athlete, playing softball while balancing academics and travel. I am also actively involved in the NCAA Division I Student Athlete Advisory Committee at SJU, whose mission is to improve the experience of student athletes and enhance their academic experience while providing feedback and support through our organization. I believe my experiences as a college athlete have fostered my passion in the field of Human Resources as the balance between academics and athletics needs constant attention. I look forward to a career where I can encourage and promote relationships in the workplace that keep the American dream alive and well. When not in class or on the field, I spend my time working with other young athletes improving their softball skills and helping them network with college coaches so they can have the best possible start to a thriving career.
