Graduate Winner

Anne Marie DeCarolis

Anne Marie DeCarolis is a 2017 graduate of Immaculata University (IU) where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management and Business Management with a minor in Theology and Summa Cum Laude and Delta Mu Delta honors. During her senior year at IU, she earned a third of her MBA through an institutional partnership with DeSales University. Having selected a concentration in Human Resource Management, Anne Marie will graduate with her MBA in 2020 thanks to the support of the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Graduate Student Merit Scholarship. Anne Marie began her HR career with Chemours, a Fortune 500 spinoff of DuPont, as a Talent Management and HR Transformation Specialist. In this role, she developed and coached the organization’s employee resource groups, partnered to create a global frontline leader development program and supported project management, change management and culture transformation efforts. Inspired by her time with Chemours’ L&D team, she recently joined GE Aviation as a Training Specialist, where she creates and drives strategy, development and execution for a growing manufacturing facility’s training function. Outside of work, Anne Marie enjoys engraving custom glassware and volunteering with Enactus, Aevidum (a suicide and depression awareness organization) and the Wakefield Lions Club.
