Nicole Herbert, PHR, SHRM-CP
Nicole Herbert, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Senior Manager for Reward & Benefits and Work & Career Architecture at Korn Ferry. In this role, Nicole manages the North America Digital Delivery consultants, who provide world-class support to clients on Korn Ferry’s tools and platforms, while also working on compensation & benefit analysis, job architecture, and Success Profile projects. Nicole also drives process-improvement initiatives in collaboration with Commercial & Advisory team members and oversees the annual development of a 6.5 million incumbent compensation database. Nicole enjoys working with clients in a wide variety of industries and has most recently served as the project manager for Korn Ferry’s Healthcare, Health Insurance, and Beer, Wine & Spirits Compensation & Benefits surveys. In addition to total reward and job architecture experience, Nicole also has experience in the areas of recruiting, training & development, and employee relations.
She is also a graduate student at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Nicole is this year’s winner of the graduate scholarship which she will use towards her MBA degree with a concentration in human resources. She is excited to continue combining her HR knowledge with her business background to better support clients!
Undergraduate Scholarship Recipient
Regina Carey is an intern with Lincoln Investment Planning, LLC in their Human Resources department. She assists in various duties such as talent recruitment, planning and participating in monthly employee engagement “Virtual Fun days”, working with the Learning and Development lead to implement a new leadership training program, and creating and developing monthly Diversity and Inclusion newsletters.
Regina is also graduating from Immaculata University in the spring with majors in Human Resources and Finance. She wants to use her degree and internship experience to continuously learn Human Resources best practices and create the best workplace environment for her future employees, both remotely and in the office. Regina is on the dean’s list and serves as the Executive President of Immaculata University’s Business Club. She has facilitated a hiring manager panel event for the Business Club that provided students with insights on interview/resume tips by various HR managers in different industries. She hopes to conduct a similar event in the coming semester. Regina hopes to continue learning and helping others throughout her education and professional careers.
